Resources for candidates and professionals

We are adapting so that we can continue to support those who are preparing for their professional assessments, are registered for our events to pursue professional development or otherwise relying on our services.

Through these unprecedented times we are exploring the benefits and extra support we can provide to you and will be making a range of commercial digital resources and services available without charge.

Free online CPD until end July

As an RICS professional or candidate, from 1 April until the end of July, a selection of online CPD will be free for you to use, giving you access to a vast range of content and resources online to support your professional development.

EXPLORE YOUR FREE CPD

This new online CPD offering complements our existing provision of insight and free materials, such as our library, which provides an online service, with a comprehensive range of e-books and e-journals.

Free access to isurv knowledge hub

As part of our response designed to support RICS professionals and APC candidates during COVID-19 we are offering free access to RICS isurv.

All RICS professionals and APC candidates will have complimentary access to the isurv online knowledge hub beginning from 1 April until 30 June 2020. It provides full access to all the RICS standards, templates and resources that RICS professionals and candidates need.

Although RICS isurv is a resource hub produced and maintained in the UK, it includes a range of global content.
